Preparation
  1. Whisk seasoning with water and oil. Let stand 5 min. 
  2. Place chicken, breast side down, in Round or Multipurpose Steamer. Rub with half the seasoning mixture. Turn chicken over, breast side up, and rub with remaining seasoning mixture.
  3. Cover; microwave on high 15 min. Remove lid and microwave additional 5 min, or until internal temperature reaches 180° F. Or, roast, uncovered, in preheated 375° F oven 70–80 min, or until internal temperature reaches 180° F.
Tips

If you have time, let the chicken rest for 15 min before slicing it. This gives it time to absorb the yummy juices. Pour any drippings from the steamer over your chicken.

Don’t waste the bones! Boil the leftover carcass in water to make a bone broth. Bone broth contains collagen and may help support your immune system, digestion, and joint health
